"Symmetries" is the first Single of NOUK's upcoming debut album "Figures Afloat" which will be released on October 28th 2022.

This song speaks about longing for closeness and points of reference that give you support and security. It's about life in an individualistic society where anxiety and depression are part of everyday life and where we coexist and are supposedly close without really understanding each other. The song is like a kind request to another person. The passage "Please be my Orbit" expresses the deep longing for someone or something that gives us support. It's like a beginning, a search for direction in times when you feel lost. For us as a band, the album project has been such an “orbit” for the past 2 years during a worldwide pandemic.
